for such of the welfare, ministry and/or general purposes of Care & Communication Concern Welfare Services Inc. as shall be determined by its governing board, and I declare that the receipt of its treasurer shall be an absolute discharge to my trustee/executor.

BENEFICIARY OPTIONS:

If your gift is to be for the benefit of a particular program or ministry of Concern Australia, the bequest should indicate the specific program or ministry. The following options can be named:

WELFARE

• Advocacy

MINISTRY

• Values 4 Life
• St Martins Community Church
• God's Squad
• John Smith & Associates

Accordingly the bequest will be along the following lines:

for ('a program' for example, 'the Steps Outreach Service') of Care & Communication Concern Welfare Services Inc., or if this program is no longer operated by it at the time of my death then for such other program of Care & Communication Concern Welfare Services Inc as its governing board believes has the most similarity to the said program and I declare that the receipt of its treasurer shall be an absolute discharge to my trustee/executor.
