We have job ready young people suited to your business!
Our graduates are aged between 15 and 19 and have proven their determination and willingness to work hard. Advantages to your workplace include:
- All graduates have worked in Panel Beating, Spray Painting and Motor Mechanics.
- They have skills and experience using tools, working in a team and working in a real work environment.
- Our graduates have undertaken Certificate 1 in Automotive including Occupational Health & Safety.
- Hand Brake Turn graduates are willing to do voluntary work trials to demonstrate their suitability for your business.
- Free insurance cover! Hand Brake Turn provides full public liability and personal accident insurance cover to our graduates during work experience or voluntary work trials.
- Cash incentives!! Hand Brake Turn will help you take advantage of the many government incentives available if you employ a new apprentice or trainee.
- We work with these young people for a period of eight weeks and get to know them pretty well in that time.
- You can be sure that our experience is most helpful when recommending the right person for your business.
