Can You Help?

There is so much more that we could and need to achieve through our advocacy for the poor and our proclamation of a better way of life.

As you partner with us, we look forward to what can be achieved in the future... thanks to your generosity!

Corporate Partnerships

HBT Corporate Partnerships are an excellent way for the business community and their staff to get involved in making a significant difference in the lives of young people.

There are numerous ways a national company or local business can get involved. Through the Work Placement Scheme, employers are encouraged to provide our participants with work experience or work trials. After each course, up to eighteen eager and job ready graduates are looking for work, apprenticeship or traineeship opportunities.

Each HBT Centre is a fully operational workshop run by Concern Australia as a not-for-profit organisation. HBT seeks the support of the business community through both financial support and in-kind gifts of equipment, resources, professional services, business introductions and program advocacy. Although HBT benefits from government funding to help provide training and personal support for our young people, we also welcome corporate partnerships. Long term and short term support agreements can also benefit workplace productivity, personnel development and improve the social capital of a company through participation in the 3Way – Professional Development Training, which includes mentoring HBT young people.

A corporate partnership is also an opportunity for a Cause Related Marketing campaign that can help deliver a stronger bottom line and market presence while also helping disadvantaged young people.
