Engage in a real life mentoring partnership with an at-risk young person for 13 weeks
It’s a challenge to find quality training that delivers instant application and results for you and your company. For young people ‘at risk’, it’s a challenge just to find someone who’ll take the time to listen and share their dreams.
3 WAY dynamically brings both needs together by going beyond the ‘classroom’ by engaging participants in a real life mentoring partnership with an ‘at risk’ young person for thirteen weeks - sharing in their challenging journey.
Mentoring partnerships are supported by weekly one hour training consultations to harness your developing new skills.
For an investment of 1½ hours per week of your personal time, you can make a significant difference in a young person’s life by providing:
- a listening ear
- stability and maturity
- focused and positive dedication
- a proactive and constructive role model
- support in achieving their goals
- an open door for possible work opportunities
